Process design, out of the box thinking, analytics are fueling the operation excellence in Instamart, genie, alcohol, meat and marketplace orders accross pan india. Moved from Ola tech support to Swiggy new initiatives operations. In swiggy from day 1 of grocery deliver inception. Became a delivery boy, storekeeper abd returned to corporate office in a day.
