• Permit Issuer/Receiver
• Supervise contractor during Cleaning, maintenance and shutdown activity
• Assist in commissioning of Bagging & Packaging Machine together with the Russian and German Vendor from Haver & Mollers
• Prepares Cold and Hot Work Permit For Activity to Be done for each activity
• Troubleshoot machine such as extruder machine, Bagging Machine & Packaging Machine
• Repair machine parts such as pump, motor, cylinders and other parts of machine
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic machine parts
• Assist operator of packaging and bagging machine in lifting polymer bag (25 kg/sack) during manual or testing operation
• Assist operator in Replacement of bagging machine roll plastic
• Operates machine such as Packaging Machine, Bagging Machine & HRG Machine
• Create lubrication map and machine map part list
• Assist instrument personnel in trouble shooting packaging area, compounding area, HRG area and Chemical Storage
• Troubleshoot, PLC, weigher, printer, Photo sensor, proximity sensor, cylinders, gearbox & motors, conveyor belts, rollers and other parts of the machine.
• Repair and troubleshoot pumps(centrifugal pump, Rotary Gear pump, Reciprocating pump) cylinders, control valves, heat exchangers, reactor, pressure vessel, tanks and other plant equipment
• Supervised Contractor during Maintenance and Activities on machine
• Supervise Contractors during Shutdown Activities, Installation, Repair, Overhaul and Replacement of Machine parts such as screw, Coupling, Gearbox, Heat exchanger Hydraulic tank and other parts of the machine.Also Supervise the cleaning and replacement of dust collector filter.
• Support the development of OHS policies and programs
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise level, use of machinery etc.)
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive maintenance
• Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
• Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
• Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substance etc.
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
• Conduct training on new and old employees regarding Shop Sop’s, and Safety working procedure and other training related to safety.
• Maintained /troubleshoot machines such Extruding/extrusion machine, Mixing machines, Calendering Machine, Curing machine, Finishing Machine and Building Machine.
• Analysing all existing and potential mechanical problems of machines, plans and develops some countermeasures to prevent equipment breakdown and eliminate recurring problems and introduce improvements to increase productivity and reliability
• Coordinates with other groups and section for any concerns regarding mechanical groups activity during his shift
• Engage in trouble shooting of hydraulic and pneumatic system
• Repair machine parts such as pumps, cylinders, roller and other machine parts
• Engage in replacing and installation of machine
• Plans, schedules and monitors the activities of his shift
• Ensure that all production machines and other equipments are all running in good conditions and free from any mechanical related problem.
• Perform regular shutdown activities including machine maintenance, repairing and replacing of damage machine parts.
• Performs trouble shooting and maintenance to all manufacturing equipment related to mechanical
• Participates in all maintenance activities scheduled for the day.
• Conducts scheduled mechanical repairs preventive maintenance activities in different machines with utmost regard to safety.
• Coordinate, discuss and do machine improvement.
• Fabrication, installation & alignment of machine.
• Working knowledge on machine shop tools and equipment operations.
• Conducting regular preventive maintenance on all production machines
• Performs troubleshooting/breakdown maintenance activities of machines mechanical problem

• Labeling and tagging reservoirs, equipment, inventory and delivery containers
• Printing and fulfilling planned lubrication activities
• Update scheduling systems, including adding notes to system and requesting work orders for maintenance repairs and activities
• Perform field level oil analysis, including: Crackle, Viscosity, Demulsibility and Blotter Test
• Schedule, collect, label and mail samples for analysis
• Receive and evaluate oil analysis results for future planned maintenance
Report in writing any discrepancies or conditions that require corrective, predictive or planned maintenance for production systems
• Handles all the paperworks pertaining to maintenance activities
• Prepares the schedules of preventive maintenance activities as reflected in the yearly, monthly and weekly maintenance calendar
• Conducts preventive maintenance activities in the yearly, monthly, and weekly maintenance calendar
• Participates in 5”s of EMD area and other premises
• Files and maintains all machines and equipments records pertaining to scheduled maintenance.
• Performs other functions related to his job that may be assigned to him from time to time
• Attends to emergency call anytime whenever his service is needed.
• Reports all problems and abnormalities observed and encountered to his superiors for correction and prevention of further damage
• Analyzes plans and develops some countermeasures to reduce machine related problem
• Coordinates with the production regarding machines availability during maintenance schedule.
• Follows all company/department rules, regulations and SOP’S
• Folows all company/department rules and regulations and SOP’s at all times
• Conducts boiler, compressor and other utility equipment operations and monitoring (hourly, daily, and weekly checking ).
• Participates in all maintenance activities scheduled for the day.
• Participates in preventive maintenance activities contained in the yearly, monthly and weekly calendar
• Participates in 2’s of boiler room and other related premises.
• Attends to emergency call anytime whenever his service needed
• Conducts servicing and repairs of defective equipments
• Reports all problems and abnormalities observed and encountered to his superiors for correction and prevention of further damage
Performs other duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time
