Responsible for finalizing the costing of Recipes and Sub-Recipes of companys various
brands, and transition of the same to the financial application to determine the cost of
sales.

Additional role in implementation of Financial Package Microsoft Dynamics for a smooth
transition with a proper and accurate Inventory database.

Responsibilities as below:
• Inventory Master Creation.
• Inventory Variance Analysis.
• Costing of Recipes and Sub Recipes.
• Inventory Controls and Checks as per Authority Matrix.
Controlling the product cost with proper planning and estimation with respect to budget.Manage
source selection and development including the evaluation of cost and quality.
• Develop and manage internal and external / customer relationship, including strategic
alliances where appropriate.
• Evaluate the cost effectiveness of designs, procure tooling and qualify processes to assure the
product meets specification.
• Inventory Control.
• Develop reliable alternative sources of supply to meet company requirements
• Forecasting Projections & Costing
