• Daily Booking of Credit and Cash Invoice
• Analyze and monitor all the outlet Transfer, Wastages
• Organize MTD Stock-Take and Post the Actual Result
• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating discussion with
the Finance Manager and the Executive Chef.
• Maintain a daily record of inventory purchased for every chart of account and ensure it is
balanced with account payable.
• Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders, quotations, and supplier
documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, delivery schedules, and product
information.
• Verify and match invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders for accuracy before
submission to accounting.

• Daily MTD & YTD Waste shrink Report
• Daily Store Stock Value Report
• Daily Check of Transfer In-Out Store to Warehouse
• Review Negative Stock and coordinate with Inventory Manager for approval of correction
• Post Supplier Invoice on a Daily basis without discrepancy
• Conduct MTD and Quarterly Inventory Count of designated store (2 Store)
• On the Spot Audit the Stock count
