- Source and schedule candidates for interview
- Coordinates with candidates and recruitment agencies in different countries
- Prepare salary and visa approval
- Inputs candidates information to NAVISION
- Prepare offer letters for selected candidates and invite them to read and sign the employment offer letter
- Prepares Employee Visa Application and forwards it to the GR department
- Coordinates with the GR department with regards to the status of the selected candidates' visas
- Schedule and prepare documents for the new employees' orientation and joining date
- Scan the employees' documents and files them into the 201 e-file system
- Perform other tasks as per instructions of the Department Heads
Work includes encoding, filing, scanning, photocopying. Had the opportunity to interview applicants and interns. Also worked with confidential subjects in the company.
