-Preparation different types of Subcontract Agreement to Subcontractors in different fields, specialties and categories whether by Supply of the materials, Plants and Equipment, and Supply and Installation, Application, Services, Installation of the Works, and etc.. also preparation of Letter of Intent/ Award/Notice to Proceed Order. The Agreement contains the scope of works, Execution of the Works, General Conditions, terms and conditions of payments, performance bond, Insurance, etc..and to be performed as per the Contract Agreement (back to back) executed between the Main Contractor and Client/Consultant, and as per the FIDIC.

- Apart from the Subcontract Agreement includes preparation of Variations and/or Change Orders, Amendments and Additional Works to be issued to Subcontractor as per site management requirements, all as per FIDIC.

- Coordinating to Procurement Engineer about BOQ's, specifications, Contract drawings, final negotiated prices, and reporting to Procurement Manager for the details of the Subcontract Agreements.

- Application of SAP softwares for Local Purchase Order (LPO) of the materials and services of the works, plants and equipments.

- Handling in preparing and documenting material submittals for Civil, Architecture and some part of Electro-Mechanical as per the requirement of the Consultant.
- Preparing comparative analysis related Material Orders compliance to specification, BOQ & drawings. Then evaluate each Material within the range of our Budget cost, delivery schedule, warranty certificate, terms & condition of payment. Then proceed to final negotiation of the final cost of Contract and issuance of LETTER OF INTENT or CONTRACT for supply & installation & PO for supply of materials only.
- Study/ review the Specification, BOQ & drawings & prepare material list & materials schedules for submittal & procured based on approved Construction schedule.
- Coordinating to Project Manager at site to follow the material approval/ procurement of approved material including the delivery & proper handling of materials, receiving invoice & material requisition required at site.
- Handling in preparing Purchase Orders based on Material requisition coming from the Project sites attaching approved material data, quotation, terms & conditions of payment in credit, cash or Letter of credit, schedule of deliveries.

-- Handling in preparing all BILL OF QUANTITIES for all specific items specified in the Design, drawings and specifications by using spread sheets thru computers with the aid of software like Microsoft excel for windows including for cost estimations .
- Preparing detailed quantity take-off for such as site works preparation, concrete, steel structures, thermal & moisture protection, doors & windows, finishes, specialties, conveying systems & furniture. Includes preparation of specifications for Civil works, Architectural works, General requirements & Conditions of Contracts.
- Preparing Budget cost estimates for such specific design including specifying the nature of materials description, type & updated market prices.
- Checking and handling monthly payment certificate report submitted by Contractor by complying the actual material, measurement & conforming to BOQ, specification and construction drawings.
- Preparing the change order either discrepancies in actual measurement or variation in unit prices in compliance to BOQ, accordance to specification or construction drawings or under Client discretion to change the materials or construction drawings as per site conditions.
- Preparing evaluation reports as submitted by BIDDERS, by checking the BOQ’s, conforming to specification & design drawings. Overall reports shall be submitted to the Client to decide who will be the winning BIDDER.
- Supervision & monitoring for civil & architectural site inspection for project’s such Palace’s, Private Villas such concreting, bar cutting & fixing, dimension, alignments of plastering & paints, stone fixing & tiling works, etc… must conforming to construction drawings & specification and preparing site instructions reports for the proper implementation of the projects.

-Handling all pertinent documents concerning all the materials status for Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical ( Plumbing and Heating Ventilation and air conditioning ) and Electrical Works for Projects by feeding thru computer to accomplish fast and reliable manner with the use of software like Microsoft excel for windows and Primavera for windows.
-Handling in preparing all BILL OF QUANTITIES for all specific items specified in the Design, drawings and specifications by using spread sheets thru computers with the aid of software like Microsoft excel for windows for cost estimates .
- Preparing detailed quantity take-off for Finish Hardware schedule such as Hollow Metal & Wooden doors specified in the drawings and specification including comparative statement of quotations submitted by pre- qualified suppliers. Also other items such as Lockers and benches, storage shelvings, Counter tops, movable toilet partitions and Identifying devices.
- Performs and assist in the overall stages of Tender preparation involving the entire Civil works items, Structural, Architectural & Site works in a Tender Projects as follows:
- Studies & understand the Tender Documents and establishes the scope of works in accordance with the “General Requirements “and “indications “in the Drawings.
- Do the Schedules & Quantity take-off of all the Materials available in the drawings broken down into different descriptions:
-Preparing comparative statement as per their specialized items and review according to Bill of Quantities, specification and drawing.
- To ensure quality of service, all works were done by the use of computers. The BILL OF QUANTITY including cost estimates were done by spread sheets Microsoft Excel for windows and specifications were done by Microsoft words for windows.

- Factory Expansion Project- Anabu 2, Cavite PHIL.
Supervision for the Erection Installation & fixing of Structural Steel works, Direct manpower supervising & scheduling approx.75 skill / non-skill workers, Scheduling of Equipment to be used in the Site and Site estimates and Material request
- Portable BATCHING PLANT -Meycauayan, Bulacan PHIL.
Design Analysis of a proposed Construction and Installation of two ( 2 ) units Cement Silo 2, 500 bags capacity, Complete layout details for the fabrication of metal, machining works and bending steel plate structures.
- Stage I Phase 2 Rural Environmental Sanitation Project Panay Island. NISHIMATSU CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD. Japan as consultant for this project. Sanitation works such as construction of toilets for pupils at elementary grades, construction of deep wells for potable waters includes fabrication and installation of reinforced concrete culvert as casement for deep wells having deep over 21 feet below ground level. Installation piping system connected from the deep well.

- Prepare quantity take-off and cost estimates for civil, architecture, steel structures for Hi-rise building, residential units and road works (such excavation, hauling of earth fill, concrete, reinforcing bar schedules, finishing, concrete roads, bituminous macadam road, stone masonry structure and etc..). Also preparing submittals for tender bid such as contractor prequalification pre C1 & C2, Bill of quantities, material list & equipment list.
- Supervision monitoring of daily activities report, preparing material request and equipment schedule to be used at the different project site location.
- Manual supervision at batching plant to be used for pouring concrete activities by using manual volume calculations such as counting of cement required, water contents including sand & gravel per cubic meter and as per site requirements and approved by Engineer designated by the Owner.
