• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Process Budgetary & Job-Order Payroll
• Encode and Process Employee’s Remittances (GSIS, HDMF, PhilHealth & etc.)
• Encode transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses) in accounting Database.
• Assist Accountant and Budget Officer for month-end and year-end closures
• Prepare documents for audits
• Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes
Computer Technician Operation:
• Offer timely Technical Support and Teach users how to utilize computers correctly.
• Backup Accounting Database in daily Basis
• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
• Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks
• Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.)
• Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference
• Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
