Ensure the Principal has regular updates regarding numbers, classes, transfers, applications etc.
Dealing with all matters belong to the processing of Parent-School contract, registering students using Emirates card reader, students transfer, students leaving, student exam grade, report card, and report card template on KHDA. Update the admissions team on rules related to student registration and the HR team on requirements for teaching staff.
To seek approvals / NOCs for admission forms/transfer certificates, trips and excursions, marketing materials from Education Ministry (KHDA). Creating leaving certificates/clearance of students who are leaving the schools.
Liaise duties with the requirement of the Ministry of Education (KHDA) for school operations and be responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments.
Providing administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, answering questions and requests.
Promotion of students after every Academic Year. Coordinating with KHDA on a day to day matters.
Preparing Documents, Following up for the Staff residence visa & Occupational Health Card.
The point of contact for all communications with the Government bodies relating to such as Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Economic Department etc.
Keep up to date on all new regulations and procedures of the Ministry of Education.
Following up for the teacher licensing.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Generate new own leads through own strong network base.
Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
Responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.
Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
Study property listings and research market trends.
Interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site and discuss the conditions of sale.
Rent and sell properties for clients.
Attend Real Estate related events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars etc.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, title deeds, closing statements etc.
Communicate sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team, monitor performance on an on-going basis, and suggest corrective actions to hierarchy when needed.
Assign routine and non-routine tasks and assist in the schedule prepared for the Sales Associates, Cashiers, and Coordinators (when applicable) and ensure that activities are carried out in the most efficient manner.
Greet customers and ensure that they are served by shop staff in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
Report occurring operational issues and handle customer complaints in a timely manner, suggest solutions or escalate them as appropriate in order to ensure operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Handle or assist the Shop/Department Manager in handling the maintenance of inventories and placement of product orders to ensure effective stock management and availability of products.
Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary support in terms of training and
development in order to optimize sales results.
Prioritizes, plans, and adjusts schedules as necessary to maximize sales.
Supervise the Opening process of the shop in order to ensure that all set procedures regarding
petty cash, reporting, systems, etc. are respected.
Demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including driving sales, handling difficult and/or complicated sales, cash management, inventory, and follow-up with customers.
Focusing on productivity to meet sales goals and Meet the store's monthly targets.
Ensures company standards are always met for store and associate appearance.
Ensures all pricing, signage, and displays are always correct.
Responsible for controlling inventory stock levels and maintain the availability of the new & fast
moving items.
Enforces all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.

Providing general administrative and clerical support. Logging all complaints orders into database for tracking and reporting purposes.
Escalated any operational and/or emergency issue (regarding services and issues to a large number of customers via CRM system.
Directly coordinating with Warehouse Manager, Showroom Manager, Retails and Logistic & Inventory Manager if required.
Collecting data of repeated complaints to be forwarded with Retails, Buyers & Inventory for immediate resolution.
Overseeing the receipt of deliveries and the dispatch of goods or stock.
Closing delivery invoices and filing of invoices.
Sending SMS of successful delivery & after registering the complaints and gather customer feedback which will be included in monthly reports.
