• Overseeing the day-to-day Operations and Maintenance of Utilities & Infrastructures at AD ports Group Economic Cities, Free Zones and Khalifa Port.
• Handling the Operations and Maintenance of Stormwater channels including primary and secondary pumping stations, Sewerage networks including primary and secondary pumping stations, Potable Water Distribution Pumping station including water networks, Sea water cooling intake/Outfall pumping station which includes Valve Stations, Waste Management, Road sweeping, Road maintenance and Solar Street Lights maintenance.
• Developing and implementing Operations and Maintenance Strategies, Scope of Work (SOW), Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Permit To Work (PTW), Method Of Statement (MOS) and emergency rescue plan for safe work practice and to prevent breakdowns and also to extend the lifespan of equipment’s by ensuring the compliance with AD ports requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for improving maintenance processes and equipment performance.
• Implementing best practices and new technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare the technical reports, documentation, and presentations for project reviews, regulatory submissions, and client communications.
• Developing the strategies for sustainable water management, including water conservation, reuse, and groundwater protection.
• Supervise the trouble shooting of MEP equipment’s at intakes/outfall Pump stations, Utility Pumping stations and other installations, carrying out routine and emergency repairs and maintenance of equipment including, vertical multistage pumps, horizontal centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, motors, Valves with motorized/non-motorized such as gate valves, ball valves, PR valves, Butterfly valves, Swing check valves and AR valves, generators, mechanical piping system which includes HDPE, PPR, DI, GI & PVC, Culverts, Filters, Oil separators, Odor control system, Chemical Dosing System, Flow Meters, Transmitters, Gauges, Sensors, PLC & SCADA, VFD’s, Drives, RTU’s, Soft starters, Capacitor banks, DB’s, UPS, AC, Fire alarm systems & Fire Fighting systems.
• Supervise the infrastructure maintenance such as dewatering activities, street light maintenance, Solar System maintenance, litter picking, waste management, road sweeping and road patch repairs.
• Conducted assessments of water management to evaluate potential environmental impacts and propose mitigation measures.
• Responsible for conducting field surveys and data collection for water & infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop sustainable water management strategies.
• Providing technical training and mentorship to supervisors, technicians, and staff members on HSE & engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
• Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, including test results, instrument readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are monitored and adhered as per AD Ports' requirements and implement necessary actions by raising and monitoring the work orders in MAXIMO to meet or exceed the targets and expectations set by AD Ports.
• Oversee the invoicing process to ensure that 100% of the invoice amount is claimed without any deductions. This includes verifying compliance with contractual agreements and addressing any discrepancies to secure full payment.
• Strictly follow the PPE requirements, maintenance of quality standards and Health & Safety rules.

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Water and Wastewater treatment plants such as reverse osmosis, grey water treatment, oil recycling system and swimming pools for various Owners Association, Property management, RTA, Hotels, Dubai Municipalities, FM Clients and Sharjah Municipalities.
• Handled the Operations and Maintenance of cooling tower and chilled water system.
• Conducted troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes, and other membrane-based water treatment technologies.
• Diagnosed and resolved operational issues related to pressure vessels, such as leaks, pressure fluctuations, or performance inefficiencies.
• Supervise the trouble shooting of equipment at intakes, treatment works, pump houses and other installations, carrying out routine and emergency repairs and maintenance of equipment including, pumps, valves, compressors, motors, generators, heat exchangers, multimedia filters, air blowers, chemical dosing system, UV system, Ion Exchange system, etc.
• Regular monitoring of water qualities such as pH, Chlorine level, TDS, TSS ORP, Conductivity, BOD & COD.
• Ensure efficient operation of cooling towers and monitored water levels, temperatures, and flow rates to maintain proper cooling tower operation.
• Executed chemical flushing procedures to remove scale, corrosion, and biological fouling from the cooling tower system.

• Under the general direction of the northern emirates water distribution federal works (FEWA), responsible for the overall administration, project management, implementation, monitoring the operation and maintenance of potable water networks and pumping stations.
• Conducted regular maintenance activities, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM), servicing, and inspections of pumping stations and associated equipment.
• Manage and allocated resources efficiently to meet operational and maintenance needs.

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Water management with pumping stations, Swimming pools, Water and Wastewater treatment plants such as Reverse Osmosis (RO), Sewage Treatment plant (STP) employing various technologies such as Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), and Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) for Commando of Military Works (CMW).
• Proficient to use typical process safety information’s including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Supervise the trouble shooting of equipment at intakes, treatment works, pump houses and other installations, carrying out routine and emergency repairs and maintenance of equipment including, pumps, valves, compressors, motors, generators, heat exchangers, multimedia filters, air blowers, chemical dosing system, UV system, Ion Exchange system, etc.
• Assists in maintaining water quality (pH, Chlorine level, TDS, ORP, Conductivity) by taking water samples and maintaining proper operation of water treatment equipment's.
• Implement and manage Permit to Work (PTW) processes to ensure safe execution of maintenance and operational activities.
• Prepare and evaluate technical tenders and proposals, ensuring technical requirements are met.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team competencies.
• Coordinates and participates in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, and drafts very complex professional service agreements, arranging for their review and execution by senior management. Monitors schedules, billings, and reports.

• Installed and configured fuel automation systems for retail fueling stations, integrating dispenser systems with centralized monitoring and control systems.
• Supervising projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance, evaluating project progress & taking adequate corrective actions through the software IFS.
