I have one year experience as a master research student in Al-Neelian University, , department of biochemistry and molecular biology in which I conducted my master project in the field of molecular biology starting from blood samples collections after getting ethical approval from Khartoum ministry of health, DNA extraction from these blood samples followed by DNA quantification in order to start a special type of PCR (allele specific PCR) using two different primers and finally visualizing PCR product using gel electrophoresis .
From 1/4/2015 to 1/12/2016 I have worked as a volunteer teaching assistant in the biochemistry lab at Bahri University (Sudan) .
- I worked as a lab technologist from 10/1/2011 - 10/1/2012 at the Central Veterinary Research Laboratory, Sudan at Biochemistry Department then at the Bacteriology Department finishing up at Molecular Biology Department, At these departments I urndertook analysis of biological samples used in different research.
(2017) Master degree in Biochemistry and molecular biology from Al- Neelian University (Sudan), Grade: very good
B.sc. in Biotechnology with grade excellent (honours) in August 2010 from Omdurman Islamic University (Sudan)
