• Manages the regulatory framework for flight dispatch training.

Alongside standard flight dispatching, my duties included:
Deputizing for the Duty Manager
Line Training for the New Dispatchers
Flight Dispatch Familiarization and Orientation for Pilots
Performance assessment of flight dispatchers
Monitoring Eurocontrol slots and European flights
Allocating tasks during disruptions and incidents
Distributing workload on shift
My duties included:
Complete flight planning, dispatching and following.
Complete preflight and post flight duties.
In-charge of crew rostering and crew allocation.
Taking care of crew arrangements and support abroad (Hotac, Transportation, etc)
Direct interaction with service providers ensuring all requirements and services related to flights are delivered and ready when needed.
In-charge of new trainee training, induction and familiarization.
In-charge of all manual updates (including Jeppesen and AIPs)
Assisting Head of Department with invoice checking and approval.
In-charge of aircrafts’ cash floats
In-charge of putting together Operation Department’s monthly report.
Member of the Customer Service Focus Group.
I completed a Bachelor's of Arts in English online through University of Phoenix. I initially started with the school while they had an office in Dubai and then moved to deal with university directly from Arizona campus.
