Acting as HR manager for both Jordan and Lebanon office, managing all HR
aspects including organizational development, Talent acquisition, learning and
development, compensation and benefits, employer branding & employee
engagement.
• I managed to have 45% females in LT and exported 7 talents in one year from the
Leadership team to different new end markets using different working models like
STIA, LTIA, Hybrid, and L2L.
• Jordan benefits revamp; Changed schooling & transportation benefit for Jordan
after 12 years. It has an impact of 60% of what employee was earning.

• Follow up on all child safe guarding cases and make a good record of the investigated cases documentation
• Follow up on code of conduct cases generated from all departments if there is any
• Maintain a good follow-up on HR Plans, Policies, SOPs and practices
• Maintain a good supervision on SCI staff leave balance and annual leave plans
• Make sure that all HR decisions are made within the legal advise
