• Product knowledge on the Deep brain stimulation products, including technical specifications, features, and clinical applications.
• Provide comprehensive training to healthcare professionals on the proper use, programming, and maintenance of deep brain stimulation devices.
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, neurologists, and other healthcare providers to aid in patient selection for deep brain stimulation therapy and Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a prompt and effective manner.
• Offer clinical support during surgeries and programming sessions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and hospital staff.
• Stock management and logistics management for accounts/ sales forecasting.

The role entails supporting the implementation of healthcare access programs via:
•(Focusing on Multiple Sclerosis and neurodegenerative disease medication, liaising directly with
patients, hospitals and distributors in order to facilitate Medication access.
•conducting physician visits and ensuring key accounts coverage nationwide.
•Act as primary contact for third-party PSP provider(s) to ensure ongoing program management
and to align with the internal team
•Development of pilot programs to enhance the PSP, including program optimization and
additional scope preparation and communication of monthly reports with the company
• Support marketing and customer facing personnel on training and implementation of the PSP
and associated programs and pilots

• Product and clinical knowledge on a portfolio of devices covering Neurology/Neurosurgery, Pain medicine, Urology and Colorectal departments all over UAE.
• Conduct pre and post sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction including Installation, Training, Clinical Support intraoperatively, Post In service and all needed actions to process the invoicing to finance.
• Stock management and monitoring.

• Implementing sales plans/ Market analysis for assigned devices in the field of Sleep medicine, including diagnostic devices and disease management.
• conducting physician visits, visiting purchasing departments and ensuring key accounts coverage nationwide.
• Conduct pre and post sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction including Installation, Training, Clinical Support, In-service and all needed actions to process the invoicing to finance.
