• Project coordinated a $2.6 million French Government funded project for supply of equipment and provision of training to the Lebanese Civil Defence Authorities. Received commendation from the French Embassy on the resounding success of the project
• Organized training events led by the French Civil Security that provided over 350 Civil Defence employees and volunteers with vital first-aid techniques
• Oversaw the procurement of medical equipment and supplies in the amount of $1.8 million and ensured transparency of purchasing process through strict adherence to established UNDP policies and procedures
• Contributed towards the overall efficiency of the project by ensuring adherence to agreed-upon work plans and time frames
• Monitored project activities and prepared periodic progress reports to all stakeholders including UNDP, Ministry of Interior, French Embassy, and Lebanese Civil Defence

• Established contacts with international agencies, government institutions, and the private sector to successfully promote and lobby for funds. Through my efforts we received letters of interest from potential donors
• Identified projects at the national level that have similar objectives and scope of activities and liaised and coordinated efforts with project managers to avoid any scope overlap/ conflict
