• Led Carbon team in enlarging Pot Line 3 anode from 1200mm to 1250mm.
• Led Carbon team in enlarging Pot Line 5 anode from 1520mm to 1540mm and 1600mm.
• Led Carbon team in enlarging Pot Line 4 anode from 1530mm to 1562mm.
• Installed Cast iron cleaning machine "Tumbler " in Rodding plant.
• Replaced all Cranes seat with Ergo seat
• Converted coke handling system from Exhauster to Bucket Elevator for safer Environment and better reliability.
• Installed Magnetic Separators to reduce Iron in Anode
• Established control charts for monitoring Anode Quality.
• Led the project of Behavior Observation Task team for introducing the system and training all employees on using the tool to improve the Safety.
• Optimized Anode Baking parameters to improve Baked Anode Density and control SO2 emissions below permissible targets.
• Introduced Quick Lab in Rodding shop for analyzing Cast Iron Quality.
• Replaced old roller crusher with new designs for better performance and reliability.
