•Perform detailed analysis of performance to identify potential improvement,
opportunities.
• Support in monthly Financial Closing Process.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting process.
• Review account reconciliations for assigned accounts and ensure their completeness and
accuracy based upon U.S. GAAP and company policy. Resolve reconciling items as part of the
reconciliation process.
• Review aging balances for all assigned accounts and escalate unresolved, unexplained, and
aged items to the next level of supervision to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate the completion of adjusting journal entries and adjustments to supporting detail to
ensure compliance with Internal Control Policies.

• Prepares, reviews and mails monthly customer statements
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions.
• Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Resolves customer accounts by examining payment plans and payment history to determine if collection letters need to be sent out on delinquent accounts.
• Assists other finance areas such as accounts payable in weekly PR, SADAD, STC payments.
• Maintain COD and unapplied reports weekly
• Ensuring to allocate payments against the right invoices.
• Bank reconciliation
