PROJECT: Forcados Yokri Integrated Project (FYIP) - FLARES DOWN OFFSHORE WORKS
The Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited (SPDC) wishes to perform Pipeline and Riser works related to the Forcados Yokri Integrated Project (FYIP) - Flares down offshore works. The project involved the design and construction of a new 12 inch pipeline from the Pig Launcher at the South Bank Flow station (SBFS) of the Forcados terminal to a new 12 inch Pig Receiver at the New Estuary Flow station (NEFS).
The project also includes the installation of a new 12-inch Pig Receiver at the NEFS platform (at the Separator Deck on Elevation +14.000m) with the associated piping and E&I works.
RESPONBILITY:
Performed structural in-place capacity analysis and design for NEFS platform.
Performed Static and Fatigue analysis for service, environmental, and boat mooring loads
Performed Dynamic analysis for wave loading and vortex shedding loading
Performed Transportation Load Analysis based on API-provided accelerations for “standard” barges
Performed Lift case analysis for load-out and installation configurations
Performed Mud mat design calculations
CLIENT: ADDAX PETROLEUM
PROJECT: ADANGA SOUTH (ADS) PLATFORM DECK EXTENSION.
A deck extension was considered by Addax for Adanga South (ADS) Platform located offshore in OML-123 to accommodate additional three new wells to be drilled and installation of a 20Tons Capacity Test Separator.
ADS platform was installed circa 2002 and platform legs have undergone some level of corrosion. A detailed structural analysis is required to ascertain the structural suitability of the platform for proposed deck extension and feature loads.

Preliminary Sizing of Jackets, Tubular Code Check (API).
CLIENT: GAS TRAIN LIMITED
PROJECT: REVAMP, OPTIMIZE, COMMISSION AND OPERATE EGBAOMA GAS PROCESSING PLANT
RESPONBILITY:
Performed a review for civil & structural deliverables for the revamp and optimization of the Egbaoma Gas Processing Plant and the plant’s overall operation.
Ensured that non-conformities in deliverables with required minimum standard are marked and itemized out for effective implementation of standard requirements.
Prepared a comment register to aid the fast track of comment made and effected.
Took part in technical review meetings.
Participated in project HAZOP and review close out meetings at SPEC ENERGY, Dubai United Arabs Emirates ‘
