The ONS Secure Reasarch Service (SRS) programme aimed to provide a modern digital shop front for researchers to access and apply for access to statistical information. It achieves this by ensuring the back-end and secure data storage platform is fit for purpose. Compliance with DEAE, GDPR, ONS Security and regulatory obligations were met. 300+ projects, users accounts and security details were migrated from legacy platform and archive of 12Tb of data to the AWS platform and accessed at the front end through a state of the art Shop Front tool, bespoke for ONS requirements.
• Build and manage the plan to gather requirements, build user prototypes, lead the development of Outreach as a service, migrate all data and complete transformation into BAU.

• Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value against any constraints

• Control and organise Amazon Web Services (AWS), secure data transfer and uploads
• Implement SCRUM, Agile & Waterfall delivery methods where appropriate and best suited
• Comply with the Digital Economy Act, GDPR Compliance and UK Government Security Regulations.

Project Ozone is the roll-out of Laptops & Desktops to circa 7000 staff. The implementation of Office 365 and security measures within the Agile environment and adhering to ITIL practices. Responsible for reporting to SLT on real-time deployment data, user experience and adoption metrics. Also supported policy writing, guidance and user reference notes. Deployment data analysis, deep dive daily reviews and dashboard creation.
