- Working closely with the German Embassy to establish and maintain the German Community in Qatar
- Maintaining the constant growing German Database in Qatar and consolidation through emails and Facebook contact to individuals
- Organizing networking events as “German Stammtisch” and “German Coffee Morning”
- Negotiate with all Hotels in Doha, to provide the best deals for the Community events
- Responsible to attend each event as an active and welcoming contact person, to any newcomers
- Meeting and greeting visitors and parents of children to the school
- Handling incoming/ outgoing calls, correspondence and filing from the caterer
- Carrying out payment management
- Typing documents, distributing memos and setting up meetings
- Updating, processing and filing of all documents
- Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary
-Co-responsible for revenue generation and encouraging repeat business
-Liaising with clients and operational departments on a high level to continually improve services and make the guests’ experience memorable
-Organizing corporate meetings, trade fairs, conferences, away days, product launches, live music events, weddings and other social celebrations

-Drafting of proposals, offering relevant Menu or Packages and presenting them to the client

-Execution of all events and groups in house (to 30 rooms max.)
-Working closely with operational departments and vendors to provide excellent service to the guest

-Assistance to the Event Sales and Sales &Marketing Directors in any administrative task
