I was working before in Convergys but right now it's now called Concentrix. Concentrix caters different accounts and customers are international. The account that I was working before was Redbox wherein we let customers rent DVDs and Games and as Customer Service Representative, we assists clients upon returning the disc that they rented, we take note in their account, reason why they were charge and we're not able to return the disc immediately, we coordinated with their banks regarding with refund, we suggest upcoming movies and games, assist customer if they receive fraudulent discs, we also give promo codes to our customers. Being a customer service is hard because you will be dealing with lots of customers that has a different personality but as time goes by, you would be able to enhance your patience towards the customers in handling them. The most rewarding part is when customer would say "Thank you so much for assisting me" a simple thank you can make you day complete and puts a smile on your face because we made a customer happy with our service.
