• Handling Control Tower, monitoring location of the drivers
• Ensuring end-to-end coordination for smooth transportation
• Maintaining cross-synced visibility between Consignors, Transporters and Consignees
• Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with allthe Stakeholders
• Conducting regular meetings, facilitated communications, ensuringcoordination, and cooperation among team members
• Planning and facilitating review meetings to expedite requirementsand resolution of issues
• Guiding the team on resource requirements, methodologies, tasks, dependencies, risks, and other issues throughout
