Preparing a yearly report for the accounting department concerning the maintenance contracts signed with the suppliers
Preparing tenders, and specification sheets for any new purchasing project and perform comparative studies between the offers received
Holding contact with the medical equipment distributor companies in Lebanon to purchase any new equipment to the hospital according to our specifications needed.
Participating in the Equipment Management Program by ensuring that the hospital's medical technology is wisely utilized, performs properly, consistently, safely, and is routinely maintained.
Preparing statistical reports regarding the abuse of the machines consumables like the kits for the lab machines&
Providing equipment training for physicians, medical staff, engineers, and technicians according to a pre-planned schedule
Providing a yearly basis plan for calibration and preventive maintenance for all medical equipment
Supervising all outside contractors working in our facility on any of the medical equipment
