-Allocate and booking the patient with the correct
physician according to their medical complaints.
-Calling no show and re- scheduling patient's appointment.
-Makes suggestion and advised guest or patient if needed.
-Handles patient's complaints as per company standard.
-Directing and guiding the patient or guest accordingly.
-In charge for the new or existing patient registration.
-Check- in the patient according to their appointment time.
-Checking patient information if correctly encoded in the system.
