- Managing and optimizing demand processing on monthly/seasonal/year period in collaboration with marketing team. Analyzing FCST accuracy and managing corrective actions.
- Managing production planning team on RU factories and Italy HQ in order to satisfy customer needs (both local and export)
- Project leading of new Export flow to MEAI countries (new distribution flows, customs operations, tendering process)
- Budget preparation and efficiency projects in distribution (increase of milk-run, decrease of FTL shipments, negotiations with carriers), HC (decreasing outsource by optimizing current HC in factories, implementation of multi-skill project in HQ Russia), overall WH optimization by closing not-used areas (decreasing Power and Utilities costs)

- Full-cycle export management: customs operation; transportation; goods availability; discrepancy issues.
- Daily/weekly/Monthly/Ad-hoc analysis of export flow, such as:
Transport reports (on-time arrival; non conformities; cost; lead time etc.);

- Leading Logistics part of Subsidy project (RU government policy for export companies)
- Responsible for Nordics market availability (BO recovery/Production plan/Shipment schedule)

- Coordination of import flow (finished goods) in terms of:

product availability.
in-bound transport scheduling (in order to be in time with arrival within time period indicated by Sales)
- Day-by-day communication with local production planning team
