• Prepare and clean the dining table and serving the food and drinks to the customers
• Prepares all menu items according to quantity menus
• Bakes, roasts, broils and fries meat, beef, fish and chicken.
• Mixes and cooks specialty dishes and delicate foods as per customer's request
• Maintains records of food used and supply on hand
• Participate in food supply inventory and procurement
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas on a regular basis
