• Develop business plans to translate and achieve corporate business targets.

• Ensure global standards for operations and equipment performance are maintained.
• Set up infrastructure and legal requirements in newly operating countries
Human Resources
• Recruitment of direct reports.
• HR policies development for the countries including integration with local labor laws.

Business Development

Held various Operations Management roles within Canada and was heavily involved in the growth and execution of business objectives both offshore and onshore in countries including Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Oman, Qatar, Angola, Congo, Algeria, Tunisia, South Africa, Mozambique, Libya and Australia
• Oversaw operations in three main business segments: H2S Safety Services, Industrial Services and Risk Management.
• Oversaw operations of over 150 employees and 20 million dollar business turnover.
• Managed projects resources, progress, completion time frames and budget while exceeding key operational performance targets
• Ensured compliance to company policies and regulations with regards to occupational health, environment and safety requirements
• Actively drove process improvement along with maintenance standards and operational standards.
• Participated in the development of an integrated and complete management system in compliance with ISO standards
• Represented the Company at a corporate level in the international group actively coordinating international operational personnel and equipment resource activities. Working in concert with respective international in-country management, ensured activities remained aligned with corporate business objectives and company standards.
