Liaises with customers in all areas of sales and follows the standard Selling Process. Maximizes sales opportunities in the process of closing a sale during customer encounters. Processes various modes of payments as accepted by the store. Replenishes stocks whenever necessary. Follows standard stockroom organization; sorting items by gender, classification, category, vendor, style, size.
Train, coach and support all the crew members in the restaurant in order to enhance their technical skills according to the chain standard. On-floor coaching to all crew members to ensure the right implementation of all procedures. Organize all training materials related on all aspects of training in the restaurant.
