Latest Duties& Responsibilities:
1. Authorized representative for quality related issues at site.
2. Overall management of QA/QC Department at site.
3. Setting up project specific quality plan and procedures in line with the Company Integrated Management System.
4. Setting up plans and quality objectives at project level in collaboration with the QHSE Manager at Head Office and Project Manager.
5. Plan and follow up resources needed for the implementation of the Company IMS in his department.
6. Reports operationally to the QHSE Manager and updates him on the performance of the Company IMS (quality objectives, training & development, etc).
7. Overall in-charge for the implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP).
8. Liaise with the Client, including external bodies regarding QA/QC legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Supervision and monitoring of Golf Course construction of QF Golf Course Project including the landscaping works and building constructions.
10. Responsible for the setting up and construction of lakes, holes, wadis, streams, irrigation works, storm drainage and sewer lines, TSE control stations and electrical sub-stations, pump house, retaining walls, bridges, tunnel, roads, car path, and perimeter fence and all other landscaping and civil works that are related to the completion of Golf Course Project.
11. Supervise and inspect Sub-Contractors works to assure compliance with the approved Method of Statements, Inspection Test Plans and Specifications and schedule completion of the project.
12. Coordinate with the Shop Drawings and Design Department the construction plans and other important matters regarding the implementation of the project.
13. Anticipates and assist in the solution of field problems affecting the project implementation and completion.
14. Prepares Method of Statements for the construction of works.
15. Prepares daily progress and accomplishment reports for submission to the Project Manager.
