Mt main responsibilities within Schlumberger was to upgrade, maintain and implement the upgrading of there existing base, onshore maintenance depot, located within the Industrial area of Doha. i AOR also covered the day to day maintenance of Schlumbergers head office, situated within the CBP Plaza, also located within central Doha. My main AOR was to initiate new contracts for all hard and soft services, utilising the company tendering process, incorporating SLA, KPI, PPM for all services, required to carry out operations. I was also responsible for all direct employed staff and all sub contractor, who where employed on any schlumberger project or sites, including all satalite sites, located through out Qatar. My areas of responsibility covered all aspects including, Security, Catering, Office Management, General Maintenance, Electrical, HVAC, Transportation, Logistics, Procurement, Contractor and Cient Liason. i was also responsible for all elements of Health & Safety, incorporating risk assesment and hazard analasis reports, covering all operational requirements.I was also responsible for a new build and project management required for the upgrade of all operational sites. I reported direct to the head of country and to the facilities divisional manager, who was situated within Saudi Arabia. the position also cam with full P&L responsibilities.
