Davide is managing projects in National Meteorological Services and Airports in more than 20 countries.
He improved the company processes, designing and integrating CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tools.
Ha has also improved the communication between technicians and developers with the integration of Issue & Project tracking system reducing the costs for each project sold.
In order to improve the customer reports, Davide Implemented a Ticketing Service to trace Issues and time spent on Maintenance/Support.
He also improved the SW packaging under Linux OS reducing Site Missions time and costs of 20%.
On his daily job, Davide manages his team to accomplish:
• Project definitions
• Pre-Sales technical requirements
• Installation and customization (on site or remotely) of OS (Linux and Windows) and MESSIR Software
• Training to operators and maintenance team
• Remote Assistance (phone or e-mail), Ticketing system, On-Site Support depending on SLA
• Linux Bash scripting and RPM building
• System Administration
• On Line Support
• System integration
Davide is managing international projects like India, Mauritania, Philippine, Egypt, Benin, Togo, Saudi Arabia, Georgia, Qatar, Thailand, Azerbaijan and many others
• Installation and customization (on site or remotely) about SONAR systems
• Training to operators and maintenance team
• Remote Assistance (phone or e-mail), On-Site Support
As ATC System integrator Davide had the following tasks
• Integration and site customization of radar systems (only SW part)
• Customers Support Manager
• responsible for VTS (Vessel Traffic System) project situated in Turkish Coast of:
• Testing and commissioning of operational weather systems
• Installation about weather sensors
• Training to VTS operators
He managed AWOS (Automated Weather Observing System) projects in all Italian airports plus the Luxembourg airport with the following duties:
• Installation, and validation about RDA (Remote Data Acquisition) that is received all data from meteorological sensors.
• Installation, configuration about AWOS system under Windows or Linux ( Red Hat ) OS.
• Analysis about problem from Weather Sensors.
• Installation, configuration and calibration about Weather Sensors like, Thermo-hygrometer, Rain Gauge, Anemometer, Visibility sensors etc.
• Training to National Air Traffic Service about AWOS systems and relatives amendments from ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization)
