Manage the entire end to end country operations and the global partner employees by ensuring optimal cost effectiveness, quality, and safety of FedEx operating processes, systems and procedures through communication, performance management, compliance, strategic planning and development, result oriented approach, adaptability, innovation, influence and negotiation, and business awareness leading to improved productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance for the region
At the forefront to create and establish a strategic Planning/Learning & Development support system for the global partners and the emerging markets, to be instrumental in providing the knowledge, skills, support and tools required for the learning, migration, deployment and strategic development solutions framework to deliver and enhance country and regional business performance across MEISA, APAC (AMEA), EU and LAC and a strong return on investment.
