KEY RESULT AREAS
Human Resource Management & Total Rewards:
•Instituting change-management practices in the organisation and facilitating their acceptance by the employees/staff across hierarchical levels.
•Planning, directing & coordinating various programs, services and initiatives to ensure that all unit activities are integrated in line with the overall mission, goals & policies of the organization.
•Manpower planning with LMs; completing Budget exercise with LMs.

Recruitment, Resourcing & Development:
•Handling the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments.
•Attending interviews with LMs up till assistant manager level profiles.
•Probation management - review and linking with PDRs for new staff.
•Implementing human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.
•Organising selection interviews and induction programmes and executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, selection and appointment, etc.
•Maintaining relationships with other HR sections e.g. Business Support, C&B, Emiratization, and HR Service working collaboratively with a wider team to support Group HR and the recruitment process qualitatively and administratively.
Employee Engagement:
•Pre survey preparations - analysing correct reporting lines and team structures across MENA region.
•Ensuring to get the maximum participation during open survey window.
•Analyse the employee survey results and developed an Engagement Dashboard. Assisted Line Managers in developing action plans with their teams to implement engagement results.
Training & Development:
•Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
•Mystery Shopping & Customers service trainings to new staff.
•Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
Performance Appraisal & Employee Welfare:
•Ensuring resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.
•Partner with the business in identifying top talent and planning for succession.
•Implement the performance management process and ensure compliance from all business heads and line managers.
•Formulating and implementing increment, incentive and other reward policies.
•Managing the appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the Performance Appraisal System linked to Reward Management.
