•Full responsibility for tracking all annual/sick and parent leave from all employees under the ALHOSN umbrella
•Enter all leaves in to TIMETRACK
•Follow up with all employees for all missing leaves and gather paperwork
•Run the monthly attendance sheet for ALHOSN/oxford/ADH by the 1st of the month, to be given to the HR Manager for sign off. It is then shared with Finance.
•Prepare new contracts for new joiners. Prepare renewals of contracts for Faculty/Instructors/Teaching Assistants. Prepare summer contracts for Faculty members
•Audit and maintain hard HR file
•Track and prepare a status report of work completed during the week and email to the HR Manger before 3pm, Thursday.
•Full responsibility for Insurance cards & claims
•Accept new HR systems and process and place 100% commitment in focusing on HR Dept. goals & objectives.
•AD-HOC tasks for Mahmoud, only directed by HR Manager
