An Implementation Consultant - Food & Beverage Systems is specifically responsible for the installation, education and project management for the Oracle Hospitality Food & Beverage solutions and its associated interfaces.
Installation & Configuration of the RDBMS Servers such as Oracle 11g, 12c, MS SQL Server 2008, 2012.
Installation & Configuration of the Windows Server 2008 & 2012
Installation & Configuration of the Oracle Hospitality F&B product suites.

Understand user’s issues and problems and suggest work around if possible unless Escalate where necessary to Central support group & coordinate with central support team to resolve end users issues.
In time of Application updating or testing Co-ordinate and giving support proactively monitor application behavior and inform Central support team about anomalies.
Activate the user dongles (Digital Signature) & Generate User Reports.
Manage co-ordination with the various working groups engaged in Operations in the center.
Communicate application changes to users in coordination with Operations team.
