 Ensure & establish the implementations of Company Health, Safety & Security (HSE) Standard & ISO (QMS+EMS+OHSAS) Standards for the entire Unit.

 Monitor & Coordinate all QA/C activities inside the SABIC Affiliate Unit.
 Coordination & QA clearance of WPS approval, Welding, Fabrication, Shot Blasting, Painting, Stress Relieving & NDT Jobs carried out inside SABIC Affiliate.
 Calibration monitoring for all measuring instruments & equipment before its due date thru creating the notification by department planner for in-house & outside calibration.
 To complete the necessary paper work, monthly reports of total inspected, accepted / rejected jobs etc. & prepare a presentation chart indicating statistics and submit to the Unit Head.
 Scheduling & Regulate periodic departmental internal audits to ensure QMS, EMS, OHSAS & Safety are being followed by the Store, Production, Quality & Dispatch departments & by their employees.
 Involvement in External Audits for ASME, Responsible Care, EHSS & ISO.
 Ensure that all the activities are performed in accordance with the procedures, to maintain high quality standards. Provide proper guidance support to the team related to inspection and testing procedures for critical and specific jobs.

 Ensure that before the work order is closed, all the Quality System Documentations such as inspection reports, checklist, test reports/ certificates of completed items are attached in SAP system.

 Confirm the received raw material & consumables are complying the quality & quantity as required and their vendor approval.

 Fulfill the specific Department KPI/ Objectives.

 +Planning coordination with internal & external customers for other SABIC affiliates and scheduling their task as per priorities decided by Planning & QA manager.
 +Inspection coordination & QA clearance of Welding, Fabrication and other Mechanical Jobs.
 +Customer Interaction meetings and dealing with their feedback (Acceptance/ Suggestion/ Appreciation/ Complaint).
 +Set & Monitor department KPI/ Objectives for the Senior Manager & Section Managers.
 +Responsible for the department SAFER which is related to Health Risk Assessment & Environment Aspect List to inform the ISD department if any Non-Significant/ Minor/ Major or any Significant Risks found in the department.
 +Conduct Process Hazard Analysis if any change in the system or any new system installed.
 +On the Recommendation of PHA conduct SAFER to measure the risk involved in the changed or new system.
 +Line-up all Self, Internal & External Audits with their SHEM Focal Points and closing meeting with the auditors.
 +Monitor & take action if any Non-Compliance is observed and further process its CAPA and RCA and feedback to the Divisional Administrator for closing it from Top Management KPI.
 +Monitor all notifications and inform to the concerned shop supervisor/ analyst to give the feedback to the end user for workshop capabilities and confirm to them the same.
 +Review Department ISO & EHSS documents and inform to the concern focal point to change the same in document and get it approval from the management.
 +Maintain departmental consumable items within required limits.
 +Monitor and follow-up calibration activity for workshop Equipment notify the user.

 +Worked as Test House In-charge and responsible for all Mechanical, Metallurgical & Chemical Testing of Hot Rolled Products.

 +Responsible for Final Certification of Finished Rolled Products & establish an environment to deliver the supplied MTC should be free from any unwanted delay & mistakes.

 +Part of Product Development Team for introducing new product specification while chemistry design and setting rolling parameters with respect to economic way to save Time & Money.

 +Part of SAP Quality Module development team to link the Quality System with Planning, Operation, Dispatch & Marketing department.

 +Manage all Mechanical Maintenance & Calibration part for Test House & Workshop Equipment & their verification.

 +Arranging In-House Training courses for Test House & Technological Center personnel to update them to our department facilities & working procedures.

 +3rd Party Inspection follow-up & QC hold material clearance for Dispatch.

 +Responsible for all Documentation related to Quality, Product Development & ISO activities.

 +Worked as "Process Planning & Control Engineer" and responsible for releasing rolling schedule after getting confirmation from Quality Control & Marketing Department in Hot Rolling (Plate & Coil) Mills Division.

 +'Uttam Galva' was formerly known as 'Lloyds Steel Industries Ltd.' and I was responsible for Testing, Inspection, Disposition & Certification in Hot & Cold Rolling, QA/ QC Department.
 +3rd Party Inspection & Testing related dealing with PP & IC was for the core responsibility.
 +Heat Treatment for R&D activities pertaining to the rolling of new grades and update their properties to the concerned.
 +Statistical Analysis for making comparison among all suggested chemistry by SMS team.
 +Metallographic Examination for the R&D work.
 +Develop & facilitate new testing services in Test House.
 +Monitor & follow-up the calibration related activities for Workshop & Test House equipment.

 +Worked as a Quality Engineer in Tube Mill & Galvanizing Line Area.
 +Responsible for Black & Galvanized Pipes Process Quality from the raw material to finished product.
 +3rd party material clearance and preparing their dispatch schedule.
