Ensure & establish the implementations of Company Health, Safety & Security (HSE) Standard & ISO (QMS+EMS+OHSAS) Standards for the entire Unit.

Calibration monitoring for all measuring instruments & equipment before its due date thru creating the notification by department planner for in-house & outside calibration.
To complete the necessary paper work, monthly reports of total inspected, accepted / rejected jobs etc. & prepare a presentation chart indicating statistics and submit to the Unit Head.
Scheduling & Regulate periodic departmental internal audits to ensure QMS, EMS, OHSAS & Safety are being followed by the Store, Production, Quality & Dispatch departments & by their employees.
Involvement in External Audits for ASME, Responsible Care, EHSS & ISO.
Ensure that all the activities are performed in accordance with the procedures, to maintain high quality standards. Provide proper guidance support to the team related to inspection and testing procedures for critical and specific jobs.
Ensure that before the work order is closed, all the Quality System Documentations such as inspection reports, checklist, test reports/ certificates of completed items are attached in SAP system.
Confirm the received raw material & consumables are complying the quality & quantity as required and their vendor approval.
Fulfill the specific Department KPI/ Objectives.
