Role includes teaching English to ELL-SOD students and adapting the British National
Curriculum for Year 5 students to reduce/remove barriers to learning, making the English
curriculum more accessible for students enrolled in learning support. Responsibilities include
understanding individual needs of children at Level 3 - requiring support in class or during pullout lessons, assisting and supporting Class teachers by sharing best practices for differentiation,
scaffolding & learning styles for promoting an inclusive ethos in general classrooms and
