Handling the payroll, overtime, compensation and benefits administration.
o Assisting in timely payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system.
o Sourcing CVs from various channels.
o Arranging for technical panels and coordinating at all levels of Interviews.

Suppliers, assist with incoming telephone calls, filing, screening, mail etc.)
Schedule and co-ordinate internal and external meetings. Arrange for Visa, Hotel reservation.
Work with full-service corporate travel agent to co-ordinate executive travel.
