I am responsible for vessels to operate to a high marine, safety, environment, and quality standard in accordance with company Safety, Quality, and Environment Management System. Duties as vessel inspection, condition survey, vessel requirements planning & scheduling the vessel activities, coordinating with concern departments, safety assurance, flag, class & PSC certificates & requirements.
Monitoring the fleet certificate which are going to expire and expired, and take action/ follow up to renew the certificate.
Ensure fleet vessels operate to a high marine, safety, environment and quality standard in accordance with company Safety, Quality and Environment Management System. Maintaining the safe and efficient Operation & Technical Performance of all vessels in the Company Fleets.
Responsibility for all (or nominated) fleet vessels with respect to navigation, cargo & ballast, communication, safety, existing and future legislation. Also, responsible to lead and motivate the Marine Group on all matters and ensure that the vessels are well manned all time.
Coordinate and close out deficiencies given for Port state and Flag state inspections, Disseminate data and new regulations/focus of PSC inspections, Responsible for recording and monitoring the survey status of all managing vessels / tankers. Where necessary arranging for the required surveys to be carried out.
Ensure adequate plans and schedules are available to meet ships operations, maintenance and repair in accordance with Company standards.
Prepare formal reports as to the condition, performance and costs associated with managed vessels.
Preparation of checklist & inspection of vessels with proper checklist as per the MARPOL, SOLAS, IMA, IACS policies. Liaison with the port captain, Port Engineer, DPA & Company departments in the investigation of accident reports, safety and pollution prevention incidents and near misses.
Set and monitor Key performance indicators in operations, inspection and ship safety. To analyze operational data received from fleet vessels to anticipate trends and develop preventive measure in case of perceived problems.
Coordinating work with cross functional team leaders and monitoring and reporting on project status. preparation of dry-dock specifications for all company vessels.
-Responsible for managing and supervising projects from scratch till finish, conducting on-site investigations, carrying out feasibility and technical studies, assessing potential risks, overseeing and mentoring staff, monitoring the progress of the project, managing budget, procuring materials, and handling the structured building to client.
-Monitored the compliance of the project to ensure that industry codes and practices are adhered to, quality assurance policies are followed, and performance standards are met.
-Involved in the supervision of Execution and Erection of Technical Structures and Pipe Racks, Equipment erection and installation, Structural Fabrication, Supervision of Welding activities and Structural Bolting (Torquing), and TBT.
-Coordinated and expedited the flow of technical documents and activities to ensure compliance with the project.
-Involved in the preparation of shop drawings, BOQ preparation, material approvals, material procurements, schedules of materials, and estimating the quantity of materials to be used in projects.
-Involved in analyzing operational data, determining and presenting operational costs, evaluating operations and processes, implementing improvements, testing materials, creating graphical presentations, preparing proposal documents, monitoring project progress, directing engineering activities, creating work schedules, maintaining detailed documentation, and collaborating with management to support activities.
-Kept in close contact with project stakeholders and interpret their needs, expectation, and requirement by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality services.

-Responsibilities include drawing up work schedules and budgets, delegating tasks, analyzing project specifications and finding cost-effective ways to meet them, liaising with contractors and suppliers, managing resources, and communicating with surveyors, managers, and other engineers.
-Managed project schedules; prepared submittals, RFIs, and other documents needed; initiated & reviewed timely billing and invoicing processes.
-Conducted ongoing reviews of construction drawings from design through project completion ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings.
-Ensured processes contributed to all mandated health, safety, and environmental government regulations.
-Established and maintained client relationships, served as a primary point of contact, facilitated the development and peer review of service agreements, and monitored the overall status of client work.
