The LLRT project is grouped into three sections:
1) At-Grade section consist of twenty two thousand seven
hundred meters (22.7 km) at-grade and elevated track
having twenty four (24) at-grade stations, one elevated
station, two open-cut and two enclosed stations.
2) Underground section consists of ten thousand four
hundred meters (10.4 km) of underground track having
eight (8) stations.

Perform routine inspection and maintenance repair works.
Monitoring and inspecting all motors and other electrical equipment
during operation.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of switchgears, distribution boards,
panel boards, vacuum contactors and all types of magnetic controls.
Perform preventive maintenance works as per scheduled daily, weekly,
monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually.
Design and estimate of new and additional electrical installations.
Install, troubleshoot and maintain all lighting installations.

Al Hitmi Fox Hills Residential Project RES-D17
The Al Hitmi Fox Hills RES-D17 project is a residential
building located in Lusail City, Doha, Qatar. The building
consist of B+G+ 4 Floors and is a green building having 2
star rank. The area for each floor thus functioned such as
Car parking at basement with Storage occupancy and MEP
utility services, Residential occupancy at Ground Floor, First
Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor with 3 Villa type units,
Fourth Floor with the 2nd Floor of Villa type units,
Mechanical rooms and Swimming pool at Lower Roof level.
The building is nine thousand nine hundred two (9, 902)
square meters and approximately cost forty six million
Qatari Riyals (46, 000, 000.00 QR).

The Al Hitmi Fox Hills RES-A37 project is a residential
located in Lusail City, Doha, Qatar. The building consist of
B+G+ 4 Floors and is a green building that is equip by solar
power heater & centralized air conditioner. The area for
each floor thus functioned such as Car parking at Basement

air conditioner. The area for each floor thus functioned
such as Car parking at two (2) Basements with Storage and
MEP utility services occupancy, Retail and Residential
occupancy at Ground Floor, Three (3) Retails at Mezzanine
Floor, Residential occupancy at First Floor, Second Floor,
Third Floor, Fourth Floor, Fifth Floor, Sixth Floor and Roof.
Floor The building is fifteen thousand eight hundred twenty

Job Description :
Review the Design and related IFC drawings (For three (3) Residential
Projects) prior to Project's commencement to verify its consistency and
raise any related ambiguities for discussion with the Project Manager.
Review the Project's Specification and check its consistency with the
Design.
Review submittals like Sub-contractor's Pre-qualification documents,
material submittals, method statements, proposals, mock-ups, Factory
visit, shop drawings (including Coordination drawings, Builder's Work,
etc.., ) As-built and etc.. prior to construction stage.
Evaluate the Value Engineering Ideas and its conformity with the
Specifications, Standards Regulations and other related objectives.
Complete Supervision on all stages of execution
Respond to technical queries and RFIs.
Liaise with other disciplines' Seniors involve for proper coordination
Conducts site inspection for work progress monitoring and quality
standards audit.
Evaluates and provides weekly reports of progress of the project.
Review and evaluate Contractor's Payment Certificates.
Attend progress, technical and design meetings with Contractor and
Client's representative.

Inform the Design Department of any intended modifications, to obtain
their prior consent to avoid unnecessary implications.

Job Description :
Study the design drawings of transmission lines and plan for strategic
execution on site.
Prepare the equipment and materials to be used as per bill of quantities
and specifications.
Conduct inspection of materials and assure of good quality as per
specifications.
Conduct field survey and grounding test for each and every tower.
Estimate and prepare drum schedule of cables for layout.
Calculate ACSR cable length for sagging with reference to design.
Handling manpower and direct assign jobs.
Inspect and check markings at tower’s column for cable sag in every span
of towers.
Supervise stringing of ACSR cables.
Responsible for final sag of cable with reference to temperature and
tension design calculation.
In charge for final sagging and inspection.
Responsible to conduct final inspection of transmission lines for handing
