- Drive the manpower planning process and ensure adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing levels.
- Following up on filling the vacancies of posts for related Business Units through sourcing and interviewing candidates as per the budgeted manpower plan
- Reviewing and updateing the Organizational Structrue for the Business Units on quarterly basis and ensuring obtaining approvals according to the agreed authorities.
- Advice on HR Policies and Procedures
- Follow up with the Talent Acquisition team to secure timely joining of new employees and ensure smooth on boarding of new employees.
- Review employee disciplinary requests, employee grievances and coordinate investigations with Legal department.
- Conduct face-to-face exit interviews and recommend retention strategies
- Review promotion/salary review requests and secure GM HRD approval and follow up on implementation in payroll
- Prepare HR metrics and provide HR reports to GM HRD and the business units, identify areas for improvement and set and follow up on action plans
- Enhance the brand awareness of HR services as a Center of Excellence
- Compile the HRD monthly report including HR Metrics, such as turn over rate, ageing of population, nationality distribution, etc… and report on HR activities.
- Compile the HR KPIs and update the HR BSC on PB Views.
- Administer the Internal CSI process, collect feedback, compile the CSI reports and communicate results.
- Check financial statements, invoices, and compile schedule for Annual Leave of department/business unit staff for GM and approval.
- Check and prepare the daily mail for the GM review and secure signature and add Arabic notes when necessary for final approval by the Vice Chairman.
- Coordinate and participate in special events and projects.
- Perform data entry on systems and Microsoft office tools.
- Make travel arrangements for the GM and the staff department for business trips.
- Answer employee queries and follow up on pending requests with other departments.
