• (Over) achieve agreed monthly sales and productivity Key Performance Indicators in line with company policy, procedure and pricing guidelines
• Receive inbound calls, & make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. Including follow-up calls to qualify and close business.
• Collect, generate, and track customer enquiries from prospect through to closure.
• Manage sales process: lead/enquiry development, schedule sales tours, market and sell all product lines, negotiate and close deals with prospective customers.
• Accurately and efficiently deal with all sales enquiries in a timely manner, and record notes clearly in all relevant CRM systems.
• Collaborate with field-based teams to provide great customer service, accuracy, and quality of information.
• Co-operate effectively with all other sales functions within Regus.
• Proactively cross-sell other Regus products and solutions
• Manage time efficiently to achieve goals related to phone system usage.
• Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Reporting to the country manager.
Assisting the GM in :
Drafting of official letters in English and Arabic
Translating official Arabic documents into English and vis versa
Establishing a soft and hard filing systems according to the needs of the GM
Arranging the appointments of the GM and provide advance reminders to meeting parties
Dealing and following up on bank transactions on behalf of the GM (transfers, monthly statements).
Booking of Hotels and Flights for GM and foreign visitors
Taking care of local transporation arrangements for all local guests.
Special projects:
Following up on the establishment of the new office in 6th of October
Negotiating and closing deals with several Hotels in 6th of October and getting the best price for our company
Negotiating and closing the contract with transportation company for transportation of Expats and the local team.
• Building customer/client relationship in key accounts at all levels.
• This includes, in particular, relevant pre-sales activities, building senior management client/partner relationships, qualifying projects, understanding requirements, delivering presentations and proposals and closing new business.
• Actively contributing to the growth of the business through proactively seeking, identifying and supporting sales opportunities to assigned accounts.
• Serving as the primary Frost & Sullivan executive responsible for the customer/client relationship, and developing trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives and decision makers.
• Working with clients and Frost & Sullivan fulfillment teams in scoping and planning multiple projects.
• Being responsible for preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
• Working closely with the teams to provide feedback on how we can best service the clients’ needs and challenges, via our research programs and consulting activities.
