• Daily patrols frequently after every two hours in and around the hotel premises.
• Responding promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Follows all company and safety and security policies and procedures; reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials.
• Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Checking fire equipment is in order.
• Checking all the electrical points, air conditioning, entry and exit points of the hotel.
• Providing daily detailed report to the HOD and MOD verbally and in writing of the maintenance and security incidences.
• Checking and ensuring all the lights, fire equipment, air conditioning, and escalators/lifts are working normally.
• Responding to alarm and guests distress calls.
• Registry monitoring and recording of the hotel’s vehicle logs.
• Controlling parking by the guests.
• Registering and directing visitors and contractors to the hotel.
• Safeguarding staff properties and hotel’s guests as well.
• Answering telephone calls.
• Identifying suspicious characters and reporting them to the security head every day.
• Monitoring the movements of the guests and staff in and out of the hotel.
• Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
