Prepare and implementation of daily routine checklist, Periodic preventive maintenance schedules, maintenance task list, and annual maintenance schedules etc.
•Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems;
•Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs;
•Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations; Monitor and supervise HVAC and mechanical preventive Maintenance; Respond to emergencies;
•Prepare and submit inspection reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken;
•Prepare and submission of incident reports, work completion reports, progressive reports, method statements etc.
•Propose and implementation of fit-out works, special projects within the client premises and as per the standard.
•Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems;
•Handling O & M and troubleshooting of D.G. sets, STS, UPS, LT panels, Switch Gears, Circuit breakers, etc.
•Planning and execution of Annual shutdown and periodic maintenance. Planned Preventive Maintenance (52 week schedules).
•Provide recommendations and suggestions to the senior management for improvement and growth
•Monitoring & maintenance of the automatic power factor correction relay to limit the control the contract demand within limit to avoid power factor penalty.
•Coordinated activities with other responders; directed the work of staff and utilization of resources to effectively repair and ensure the safety of the community.
•Lead, guide, train and motivate team of technicians and operators to achieve excellence.
•Assist in the staff selection; perform periodic evaluations of subordinates and recommended and implemented discipline as required.
•Supervise maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules; developed, interpreted and implemented policies and procedures; evaluated staff and made hiring and termination recommendations; and ensured that staff were trained in complex maintenance activities and followed standard operating procedures.

Estimation & tendering - Commercial facilities across the State of Qatar

•Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness.
•Take part in bid initiation & review meeting.
•Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission.
•Co-ordinate & follow-up to ensuring post bid clarifications are addressed.
•All in-house co-ordination for preparation of bid including follow-up, collection of input from various sub-contractors or 3rd party.
•Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of project.
•Estimating cost of manpower, tools and equipment, spare parts and consumables, uniform and safety gear and related cost required for the project
•Responsible for review/preparation of OME (Order of magnitude estimate) before onward submissions.
•Ensure that technical and commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details.
•Ensure the Estimate is built up methodically and in sufficient detail and is in accordance with good estimating practice.
•Ensure completeness of Subcontract Enquiry Packages and availability of Subcontract offers well in time.
•Ensure Subcontractor responses are complete & tabulated accurately on a Bid Evaluation spreadsheet.
•Ensure the Indirect Cost Estimate is correctly prepared and costed.
•Proactively work with the Procurement Group to ensure Vendors RFQ Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
•Present to Manager for review the Cost Estimate in detail prior to review of the tender by Management.
•Assist Manager with the preparation of a list of clarifications and qualifications to the proposal.
•Ensure that Clients pricing and technical tender schedules are complete and accurate.
•When requested, carry out peer review of estimates compiled by others, checking for completeness, pricing accuracy and adequate manning and resource requirements.
•Submission of technical and commercial proposals on and before bid closing date
