Lifts and compressor.
• Performing Reliability Centered Maintenance RCM Analysis. Doing Root Cause Failure Analysis RCFA of equipment
failures. Identifying risk associated with machinery and equipment failure.
• Maintenance work procedure writing, including setting precision standard and adding work quality assurance
controls.
• Equipment maintenance training such as bearings, lubrication, fits and tolerance, condition monitoring, precision
assembly, and many other maintenance training topics.
• Introduce lean workplace practices such as 5S and total productive maintenance TPM into operation.
• Investigating and recommending plant and equipment reliability improvement opportunities

• Planning, execution, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical system. Installation and
commissioning of various machineries and control panels.
• Plan and Implement maintenance schedules of machineries to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
• Increasing MTBF and Reducing MTTR with effective planning and implementation of counter measures.

• Carryout maintenance on Electro Mechanical Press like Hamilton 2400Ton, Clearing 300Ton, Minister 450Ton and
Version 600Ton. Clutch, Brake, Shut height, gear setting, Slide adjustment, Counter balance and Fly wheel
adjustment.
• Carryout maintenance on Conventional Machines like Cincinnati Milling, Cincinnati Radial Drill, Thomson, Gall Meyer
& Livingston, Landis, Reid Surface Grinder, Cincinnati Cylindrical Grinder and Kirloskar lathe Machine. Setting
Hydraulic pump, cylinders lead screw, saddle, table, cross slide and flow control valves. Jig Boring Machine Society
Genevieve Hydro tic 6A and SIP MP 3K boring machine. Maintenance of spindle gear box, oil cooler hydraulic solenoid
valve for cross slide Movement. Wire EDM Robofill Charmills 290 and 310 Maintenance of lower and upper head
solenoid valves pumps ball screw and bearing needle cage.
• Carryout maintenance on Tampa Forklift, Cummins Genset 125Kva, Honger coil feeder GLK800H, Atlascapco VFD Air,
ELGI TS10 Compressor, Overhead crane Sheapered Niles 20Ton. Overhauling of these machines.
• Recruit and train the maintenance staff.
• Highly practiced in alignment fitting and assembling machine parts of dissembled machine.
• Prepared a detail preventive and daily maintenance checklist for all machines in the shop floor. Trained operators to
follow and fill these checklists.
