1. Responsible of supervising both the lamina and by-products redrying section to
ensure that customer requirements are met while maximizing machine efficiency.
2. Responsible for coordinating with the engineering team and performing regular
checks and monitoring of machines and equipment to ensure that they are in good
working condition.
3. Understand Processing Instruction Sheet and customer requirements.
4. Operates the machine and sets up controls for re-drying strip lamina and by
products.
5. Prepares the machine with the set points and parameters needed that corresponds
to the flowrate.
6. Coordinates with blending/picking/threshing operators for the control of tips
conditioning cylinder.
7. Controls tips auto feeder flow and incoming thresh product flow to the re-drying
machine.
8. Monitors product temperature and moistures and records all set-ups per grade
processed in every season.

downtime occurrences.
10. Prepares machine checklist and conducts trouble shooting and repairs during
breakdowns, servicing, and maintenance works (during processing and off-season
period) for the improvement and longevity of the machineries.

13. Perform control measures and activities related to the companys safety and
NTRM policies such as toolbox meetings and all applicable checklist provided for

1. Reviews inventory stock at Procurement & Shipping Department regularly to
ensure that minimum and maximum inventory of fast-moving parts are being
maintained and always available for use.
2. Preparing specifications for purchases of materials needed at the site.
3. To maintain the availability of special tools and facilities for all mechanical
maintenance repair activities.
4. To maintain the good availability and efficiency of equipment.
5. Ensures good housekeeping, safety rules and regulation are adhered to.
6. Coordinates with the Maintenance Personnel on equipment under preventive
maintenance schedule and servicing.
7. Ensures all activities are properly recorded as basis for troubleshooting and
evaluating of equipment.
8. Sees to it that maintenance parts used or replaced are correct.
9. Ensures that during the repair work of the unit, analysis is first done to properly
pinpoint the cause.
10. Maintain effective partnership with equipment users for the optimum maintenance
of companys vehicles and equipment.
11. Prepares and submit job accomplishment report covering natures of repair, status
of on-going and finished maintenance activities.
12. Performs such other related duties as may be assigned by the Mechanical &
Maintenance Manager.
13. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Tools and Equipment.
14. Develop procedure on repair and maintenance of equipment and assists in the
Certification of Operations employees.
15. Conducts Toolbox Meeting, PPE & Tools Checklist for Seasonal Employees
(Mechanical Maintenance) & Project Employees.
16. Performs other engineering duties when required and needed such as requesting
of materials for electrical and fabrication.
17. Act as Officer in Charge in the absence of Mechanical Engineering Supervisor.
