implemented complete Asset Management system for our Proponent. I have built all process & SOP’s. The Asset
Management scope covers traditional IT Assets + Exhibit Assets + Spare Management+ Material Management+

Project: IT Asset Management
Hardware Asset Management Lead for EYGBS Bangalore Region. Monitoring, managing & supervising ITAM Team
located in 3 facilities in Bangalore, close interaction with EY global team, Finance, HR & Procurement Team.

2. I have planned and executed laptop migration activity for more than 1500 users with in the agreed
timeline without any escalation and our team and I received great appreciation from EYGBS India IT
Head.
3. I have also performed Asset Reconciliation activity by coordinating with finance team & successfully

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Accountable and responsible for all Asset Management transactions in the respective facility &
performing regular quality checks in the asset repositories.
• Attending weekly calls with Asset Manager PAN India Leads in other facility to discuss on daily
operational challenges & process improvement.
• Process Improvement initiatives: - Discovery and improve integration process requirements, automation
requirements. Identifying areas of improvement.
• Monitoring team’s work and identifying the gaps and making necessary changes in the process if
required.
• Working closely with Logistics Team for IUT/Bonding/De-bonding etc
• Making action plan for physical audit & asset disposal activity.
• Working on non-polling assets, guidance on IUT movement, De-bonding initiation
Project 2 Description:
Software & Hardware Asset management for entire ORKLA (Company located in Sweden, Norway, Denmark &
Poland).
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Software license and noncompliance management + Hardware Asset Management.
• Data Validation & report submission to client by referring to SCCM and HPUCMDB Discovery data.
• Sending monthly IT Assets reports to Client for billing.
• Supported ITSM lead for Developing CMDB in Service-Now tool.

Role and Responsibilities:
• “BMC Remedy user” & “Service now” were the ticketing tool we used.
• Outlook express & CISCO IP Phone are the main tool for user interaction.

• Exit Process-Clearing no due certificate & keeping track of exit assets & updating ownership of exit assets in
AMDB database.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Creates and manages the IT Asset Management plan, processes and implementation.
* End to end Asset Lifecycle Management process developed for the hardware assets in KACWC site.
* Ensures authorized procedures and work practices are followed for all ITAM tasks.
* Baseline AMDB data for IT & Non IT Assets (electronic assets).
* Plan the data population of the AMDB & approves structural changes to the AMDB.
* Procurement initiation & Vendor/Supplier coordination for the applicable assets.

* Capacity & Availability management for IT Assets & Non IT Spares.
* Vendor coordination for spare procurement and delivery as committed to Proponent.
* Lost/Stolen/Missing assets tracking & reporting.
* Software license utilization tracking & maintain software asset database.
* Knowledge and understanding of Software Licensing and Maintenance Agreements.
* Asset report submission on monthly basis.
* Asset decommission & disposal activity.
* Plan & conduct Asset physical audit once in a year and ensure asset inventory is consistent with the
AMDB. Taking part of internal & external quality audit as well.
