• Providing information and advising management on safety health and environment and promoting a regular exchange of information on current safety performance.
• Commit the company to reduce risk and hazards to health safety and environment to levels which are as low as reasonably practical.
• Arrange Safety Related Training for the workforce
• Conduct Safety Induction for the sites workforce and Tool Box Training for labors.
• Making Risk Assessment and Job Safety Environment Analysis ( JSEA) according to each Method Statement
• Environmental consideration and proper Waste Management
• Awareness and related action in case of Incident/Accident and Near Misses.
• Hazards and effects management.
• Emergency Response procedures.
• Ensure the subcontractor operate in safe manner and comply with the project HSE Policy
• Implementing work Permit Systems
• Undertaking periodical Work Place Inspection and Systematic Safety Audit as Per the Standards and Check Lists.
• Ensure the PPE of workforce
• Ensure the use of proper & Mandatory Sign Boards at site.
• Attend and prepare the report of Weekly Progress Meeting and HSE Meeting.
• Check the store facilities and making the LPO for needful HSE items.
• Identify and report the occurrence of NCRS.

• To Provide complete Support to the fleet and plants
