• Provide support to the Sales Team.
• Prepare Quotes, Proposals, Cost Sheet.
• Get quotes from vendors on timely manner.
• Create Purchase Requisitions in the ERP and so as to send PO to procure the items required for the projects.
• Support Sales Team by providing after sales services to the customers.
• Require effective communication with the customer on the sales queries.
• Coordinate with the logistics dept. for the timely delivery of the items to the customers as well as ensuring that we receive the items required for projects from suppliers on time.
• Project Coordinator: Coordinate on project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized. Communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers.
• Other administrative task such as booking air tickets, hotels etc., based on company policy, keeping track of employee’s attendance, etc.
As a researcher-
• Make out bound calls to Decisions makers, to introduce the Bayt.com product and Services.
• Generate interest in the services of Bayt.com and create leads for the sales staff to sell.
• Hit the set monthly targets of leads generation and adding of new accounts to the CRM.
• Research about the developments of Qatar market such as new companies, projects, huge events to find potential Clients and Business opportunities.
• Acquire critical Client information and file these in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future reference and reporting requirements.
• Conduct Market research/surveys to obtain more information about potential clients, their requirements and needs.
• Handling all kinds of customer enquiries received through website, through phone calls or walk-ins.
• Generating reports by extracting data from many sources using various tools and systems.
• Present the data collected in the form of reports, charts tables etc.
• Handling the Stack management in the CRM and ensuring proper allocation of stack to the Sales staff.
• Training new joiners about the usage of CRM and different areas of stack management.
• Handling other projects as assigned.
As an Admin -
• Maintaining office records in both electronic means as well as hard copy to ensure up to date information are always accessible.
• Overseeing incoming calls, mails and faxes, and follow the Company’s distribution process.
• Reviewing and approving office supplies requisitions, requesting for quotations from vendors etc.
• Attend company’s internal meetings; take, type and distribute minutes of the meeting.
• Managing Petty cash register and petty cash.
• Support Business/Country Manager in the daily running of the office by, being the focal point of various departments and etc.
