• Provide support to the Sales Team.

• Create Purchase Requisitions in the ERP and so as to send PO to procure the items required for the projects.

Communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers.
• Other administrative task such as booking air tickets, hotels etc., based on company policy, keeping track of employee’s attendance, etc.

• Support Business/Country Manager in the daily running of the office by, being the focal point of various departments and etc.
