Compensation Survey & Bench marking
• Actively participate in Compensation Survey.
• Developed Questionnaire for Compensation Survey to Collect & Colate Compensation practices and structure prevailing in the region and nearby states in Telecom Sectors and other Service Industries
• Analysis of Data & Presenting suitable compensation Structure feasible to the organization in the region to
Overall in-charge for Manpower Planning & Recruitments (Expatriate & Saudiazation) for 5 SBUs of the Group. Responsible for Identifying & Impaneling Sourcing Partners and Sourcing talent from various countries (i.e. India, Pakistan, Nepal, Shrilanka, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Jordan, UAE Region, organizing work/visit visas for selected candidates, Pre-joining Induction, Compensation Management & Survey, Career & Succession planning etc. for 5 SBUs of the Group.

• Manpower Planning and Budgeting for all 5 SBUs
• Firmed up Org. Structure
• PMDR Review, Compensation Revision, Contract Renewal of employees across organization
• Actively involved in HR Committee of Group for review, Recommendation and Implementation of revised Compensation Structure across organization
• Designed, Developed and Managing Entire Recruitment Cycle (from Manpower Planning, Finalizing MRR for Deployment) for all the SBUs as per the firmed up manpower plan,

BRIEF ON ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Selection
• Responsible for recruitment and staffing of personnel (All Grades and functions-from Engineers, Sales personnel, Customer Care Executives, Collection Personnel and other support personnel for the organization).
Organization Restructuring
Redefining key business processes with end to end responsibility
Framing job description for all positions
Effective downsizing leading to 18% reduction in manpower
Reduction of Personnel cost to the tune of Rs. 1.4 crores (approx.) per annum
Compensation Survey & Benchmarking
Collect & Colate Compensation practices and structure prevailing in the region
Analysis of Data & Presenting suitable compensation Structure feasible to the rganization in the region to attract and retain Talent
Policy & Procedure
Review Policies,
Collect employees feed back through ESS (Employee Satisfaction Survery), Analysis Feedback
Recommend proper amendement or realignment of policy and procedures feasibleto rganization from time to time.
Employee participation and communication:
Carrying out ESS and initiated various measures to address the concerns
Setting-up cross-functional teams viz. to address business issues, productivity, cost control etc.
Organising and co-ordinating monthly Open House Forum to enhance employee communication and participation
Framing and Introduction of Suggestion Scheme
Training and Development:
Designing, Developing and administering industry specific training needs analysis and firm-up individual training plan for employees on an ongoing basis

Reward and Recognition:
Designing, Launching and continuous monitoring a comprehensive Reward and Recognition program
Harmonizing HR policies across the circles consequent to takeover by Birla, TATA, AT&T.
Assisting Sr. Manager (P&A) in carrying out various Personnel & Administrative activities of the Organisation such as co-ordinating Recruitment/Joining/relieving formalities, Assisting in implementation of ISO 9000 work, Disciplinary Matters, prepn. And circulation of annual/mid term Increment letters etc.
