• Specialize in Customized Wealth Management Solutions for HNI, Ultra HNI & Families across all Asset Classes with product advisory ranging from Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Mutual Funds, Secondary Market Bonds, Structured Products, Portfolio Management Solutions
• Assess investor behavior patterns and feedbacks of the Customer through portfolio analysis, for incremental product development.
• Maintain high standards of service to the clients by keeping the bank’s compliance and service
policy intact
Responsibility of Resignation, Termination, Dismissal process such as (receive resignation, change assignment, hold a/c, processing EOS, check liabilities and if any settle them and send to CCRD, send to CAD, then visa section for labor card and visa cancellation).
• Updating TSD Folder as well as resignation list to keep track for payroll.
• Handling the payroll updating process.
• Following up with candidates in and out of UAE to complete their documents to process employment visa such as( getting CV
Doing LPO, travel rote and hotel reservations.
• Sending received visa to candidates as well as e-tickets through e-mail.
• Issue official letters (Offer Letters, Salary Certificate, Warning, and termination, Dismissal Letters, and NOC letter).
• Able to handle responsibilities when HR Administrator on leave.
• A well-known knowledge on employee affairs, staffing, and visa sections.
